Meet Collette
I taught 11 years in private, public, and international elementary schools. I loved the work but eventually reached burnout and made the difficult decision to step away. During that transition, I worked three part‑time jobs while having countless conversations with people about their careers, what they enjoyed, and what they wished they could change. I also openly shared on social media that I was openly exploring new paths and welcomed referrals or recommendations.
After more than a year of exploration, a connection through my cousin led to my first corporate administrative role. From there, my strengths in organization, teaching, communication, and problem‑solving were quickly recognized. I was fortunate to join a company that invested in internal growth, allowing me to move through several roles and build a broad skill set across operations, communications, IT knowledge management, and IT enablement and adoption.
After eight years in my corporate career, I’m ready to help teachers gain community, clarity, commitment and see their own potential.
